General terms and conditions of cooperation

In order for us to be able to undertake the printing, we have to obtain from you a package of information on the method of the project implementation and payment execution. In the document below we present:

• what information do we need from you to execute the order,
• what are the payments,
• how is the project implementation going,
• what to do in the event of a complaint

All of the documents in the form of price lists mentioned in the “General terms of cooperation” are made available only at the request of the client.
